You know how much I love Jean M. Auel (I don’t even have time to link to every single post dedicated to her), and I’ve told you numerous times how many times I’ve read her books, and how much I love them. I’m on the third book right now, and I’ve been on this book for about a week.
I’m not sure why it’s taking me so long to finish it, and why I’m not enjoying it more. This is one of my favorites (I could list them in order of what ones I love the most to the ones I just love: The Valley of Horses, The Plains of Passage, The Clan of the Cave Bear, The Mammoth Hunters, and The Shelters of Stone. It’s actually sort of unfair to list them like this, because The Shelters of Stone is at the end of the list, but I still love, love love it.)
It’s due back to the library on the 9th, but I still have The Plains of Passage to finish before then. And I’m not a girl who renews books.
