If you’re friends with me on Facebook, you’ll have probably seen the vague posts alluding to San Diego (among other interesting things). And if you’re good friends with me, you’ll have probably received the seemingly endless amount of texts about FINALLY getting to go to California. I’ve been wanting to go to California for years (seriously, since like 7th grade) and I finally have the chance to go. After being in Vermont and going to the Maine coast, I’ve had a sick obsession with the ocean and I can’t wait to see it again.
I’ve ordered a few new swimsuits, a new cute tank top and a tube top (my first one ever!). To get ready to wear all of them, I’ve embarked on a workout plan. All month (in July) I’ll be working out AT LEAST once a day. I have some nice abs, but I just need to uncover them. The workout takes all of 15 minutes and its intense from the moment it starts to the moment it ends. My stomach is a quivering pile of jelly by the time I’ve finished, and stays sore for the rest of the day. Today is day 4, and (shame!) I’ve not even begun the workout. It takes about 21 days to make a habit stick, so I have to force myself to do the workout for now.
I have a month until I go to San Diego.
